Mad Hatter Marketing’s Refund Policy

Mad Hatter Marketing, LLC is the only digital marketing agency that offers a refund. At least that we happen top be aware of. We believe your investment in your online advertising shouldn’t be a 1 way street. So, every contract we enter into has money back guarantee.

We aren’t scared to put our money where our mouth is.

Or maybe it’s where our hands are? Either way if we can’t provide the results we tell you we can why should you be stuck paying for that? We think it goes without saying at this point, we’re obviously pretty confident in our abilities.

You may have some questions about how it works, and that is wise on your part. This is a money back guarantee we provide, not a deposit account. So, there are a few rules to how our refund policy works. After all, if we do achieve the goals we set for your online presence, we should get paid for our hard work, right?

Below you’ll find the criteria for how and when you can go about requesting and receiving your refund. Just be aware, we make this guarantee for your peace of mind. We have yet to issue a refund as we’ve always achieved the goals of our clients. However, we certainly are willing to provide a refund if we can’t get your website to rank on page one, if we can’t increase your social media interaction, if we don’t generate more leads or sales for you or whatever else it is that you need your online presence to provide you.

Procedures for Requesting Your Refund

  1. WHEN YOU REQUEST a REFUND IT CANNOT BE PRIOR TO the MATURITY DATE of OUR CONTRACT. FOR EXAMPLE, if MAD HATTER MARKETING TOLD YOU it WOULD TAKE 90 DAYS to ACHIEVE YOUR DESIRED GOAL(s), THAT AMOUNT of TIME HAS to PASS BEFORE YOU CAN REQUEST a REFUND.
  2. AT THE TIME YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST is MADE the AGREED UPON AMOUNT in YOUR CONTRACT MUST BE PAID in FULL..
